Yeah, my doctor said to get a 5,000 IU vitamin D3 to boost my immune system, etc. since it's winter. Another woman taking D3 said she is taking it because she works inside and doesn't get in the sun that much.
I have read that D3 with a K2 in softgels is the best. Hope that's correct cause that's what I am going for
Hi Mark, this isn't medical advice, but I used to take D, and don't anymore b/c of the research I've read and the way I feel when I get it via diet and sunlight is more palpable. If you take D, your body can get a false signal saying you have enough. Sunlight sulfates aka makes D available to our bloodstream: https://romanshapoval.substack.com/p/why-vitamin-d-supplements-dont-work
The reason this came up is I have had a polyp removed. My previous surgery was a colonoscopy where they took a sample of the tissue and a sample of the polyp. Oncologist said it was benign. I opted for a second surgery last year and he removed the rest of the plopyo. Tested it and he said it was positive for "C"
Had me get a Scan and MRI.
Said he was concerned there was C cells but not sure if it got into the lining or lymph nodes.
Ugh
Sent me to a radiologist and a hematologist. Talked with me about Radiation therapy and Chemo
But before that I am getting a PET scan
The hemotologist thought 5000 IU was needed now.
In fact he said even kids are showing signs of rectal C
And that getting tested at 30 years old is now the standard. Not 45 or 50
Was there a polio outbreak in NY in the 1915-17 years?
+6
Yes, a massive, historic polio outbreak hit New York City and the surrounding Northeast in the summer of 1916, not 1917, killing nearly 2,500 people in NYC alone and 5,000 nationwide. The outbreak caused widespread panic, severe paralysis in children, and strict quarantines, peaking just before the 1918 flu pandemic.
Key Details of the 1916 NYC Epidemic:
Impact: Almost 9,000 cases were reported in NYC, with over 2,000 deaths.
Response: The city instituted severe restrictions, closing cinemas, playgrounds, and swimming pools, while discouraging children from traveling.
Panic: Fear led to the unnecessary killing of thousands of pets (roughly 72,000 cats and 8,000 dogs) by the SPCA based on fears they spread the virus.
Context: This was the first major epidemic in the U.S., concentrating on the East Coast and setting the stage for future outbreaks until the vaccine arrived in the 1950s.
While smaller outbreaks continued in subsequent years, 1916 was the peak epidemic year in the region during that era.
HI Frank, thank you. I don't like to talk much about myself but yeah I had ONE polyp removed and part of it was C and now 2 doctors I am seeing are moving into the PET scan and most likely followed by Chemo and Radiation.
Part 1 was Very informative. Been looking forward to Part 2.
Who runs these Big Pharma criminal Corp's?
Well CEO Bourlas is listed as "Greek" but he's really J£w.
For a reportedly scant section of the population they are over-represented in Pharma, Finance, Sports team owners, control of news media, social media , DOJ, FBI, NSA, CIA, AMA, CDC, etc.
ICE Agents have been exposed as many being IDF operatives here to harass Americans, not just arrest and remove illegals.
If Americans ever get the chance to control these organizations then we will have such a great country and a great America is a blessing to so many other countries
How does ddt affect the next generation. Parents or grandparents that were exposed to it. How does it affect the children and grandchildren and great grandchildren today?
Dear Ty and Charlene. I must thank you for your the Truth About Cancer free documentary the end of March/ beginning of April/ 2015, as it motivated me to set my health as my number one priority and from the results to the changes to my lifestyle and diet I’m in the best health of my life and incredible neurogenesis of my half damaged brain from my just true love chastening in December of 2002!
When asked by journalist Edward R. Murrow who owned the patent, Salk replied, "Well, the people, I would say. There is no patent. Could you patent the sun?".
Why did Jonas Salk not patent the polio vaccine?
AI Overview
Jonas Salk didn't patent the polio vaccine because he believed it belonged to the people, wanting it to be as widely and affordably accessible as possible to eradicate the disease, famously stating, "Could you patent the sun?". His decision prioritized public health and humanitarian benefit over personal profit, ensuring rapid global distribution, though he would have forfeited significant wealth.
Salk's Core Beliefs
Public Good: Salk felt that a discovery meant to save lives shouldn't be restricted by profit motives.
Humanitarianism: He saw his role as serving humanity, not accumulating wealth from the cure.
Accessibility: By not patenting, he allowed pharmaceutical companies to produce it affordably and spread it quickly.
Key Moment
When asked by journalist Edward R. Murrow who owned the patent, Salk replied, "Well, the people, I would say. There is no patent. Could you patent the sun?".
Impact
This decision helped the vaccine reach millions globally, contributing significantly to the near-eradication of polio in many parts of the world.

Thanks for that info Roman. How does that false signal work?
Is that something I could feel or something detected in a blood test?

Hi Mark, thank you for sharing all this. Testing for this type of D would tell you if you have sufficient levels:

Thank you doctors in this channel.. you are the real zeroes

Is there the insidious back ground music in all the videos? As an older person background noise is very disturbing.
