I wish! To get all the things I need to be healthy, I’ll need $500 a month. Seems every bottle of essential stuff is at least $59 minimum. Not happening.
Barbara, as always, we provide FREE information for you to learn how you can optimize your body and prevent, treat, and beat cancer. The price for cancer is quite high. The price of preventing cancer is much lower. And as others suggest, eat as much natural fermented food as you can. We produced a great docu-series called "Eastern Medicine," and the doctors in Asia created dirt-cheap protocols to help their patients treat and beat cancer for pennies. Amazing! Thank you so much! I do get weary of all the adds (though they are good things)that cost so much, decreasing price with multiple bottles, but still out of reach with my budget. They all follow the same format too. I will try the sauerkraut-
Really appreciate the heart behind this—Wade’s story about his sister hit me hard. It’s clear that trauma often sparks the most committed health journeys. What stood out to me most in this interview wasn’t just the probiotic talk, but the reminder that personalized, grassroots healing often starts with what’s affordable, accessible, and deeply rooted in tradition: fermentation, fasting, breathwork, and whole foods.
That said, I also think there’s a space for high-quality supplements if they’re vetted well and don’t exploit fear. The frustration Barbara mentioned about pricing is valid. A lot of people are caught between “you’re not doing enough” and “you can’t afford to do more.” So any solution needs to respect that tension.
Maybe the real win is combining ancestral wisdom with smart science… and keeping the door open for people at every budget.
Which specific probiotic strains help regulate metabolism and reduce fat storage? I have tried over 12 brands including Seed and nothing has helped me with reducing fat storage, gas, or bloating.
this shows I am not subscribed to this what I consider to lousy web site. I am paying 7 bucks a month and trying to cancel. I tried on this site and they sent me instructions which did not work, completely useless. I replied and they basically said there was naught they could do,

Drink kefir, eat 2T sauerkraut a day, some asparagus now and again. You just need to feed the good bugs . Probiotics are a waste of money, imo.

Yup. You can ferment your own food. Cabbage etc.
Drink kefir made from raw milk.
